Goal

Adding a set of disks on existing diskgroup hangs. RBAL keeps posting:

kfgbTryFn: failed to acquire DG.1.3 for kfgbRefreshNow (of group 1/0x25b64111)

On all nodes while GEN0 reports:
detected remote client id 0x10040
