Symptoms

 
After the database is downgraded successfully from 12.1.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 following the instructions in Chapter "Downgrading Oracle Database to an Earlier Release" from the 12c Database Upgrade Guide, the alert.log shows the following message repeatedly:
