After downgrading database from 12.1.0.2 + (any DB BP) to 11gR2 there are invalid dictionary objects for Hive and SODA and the XDB component is invalid. (Doc ID 2170003.1)

Symptoms

 After downgrading a database form 12.1.0.2 + (any DB Bundle Patch) back to 11gR2, there remains invalid Hive and SODA Objects and the XDB component is also invalid.

 

This does not occur if the database DOES NOT have a DB Bundle Patch (BP) installed.
