Opatchauto fails to apply QFSD patch to Dataguard Standby.

OPatchAutoBinary hit Binary Exception: oracle.opatchauto.core.binary.BinarySessionException: ERROR: Unable to register this patch /u01/patches/BP/22899531. Selected Patch is not valid.
opatchauto FAILED with an Exception.
After fixing the cause of failure Run opatchauto resume with session id "*****"
