Unable To Configure ACFS Replication (Doc ID 2173401.1)

When trying to configure ACFS replication from a cluster to another cluster in 12.1.0.2 by using the following document.

When initializing from the standby, there is no error but the status stays as "Initializing", which was found to be expected as in Bug 23563945.
