Symptoms
Selecting from a table protected by an Oracle Label Security (OLS) policy fails with:
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4194328 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool", "unknown object", "sgaheap(2,0)", "kzsc:kzsctob_co")
Querying V$SGASTAT over time will show that "kzsc:kzscstob_co" is growing:
