On : 12.1.0.2 version, XML Database

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After database upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 and executed @dbmsupgin.sql to convert plsql_code_type from NATIVE to INTERPRETED, invalid objects appeared in the database
