JDBC Patch 19852357 Fails to Apply on 12.1 ODAC Instant Client (Doc ID 2175132.1)

Symptoms

JDBC Patch 19852357 fails while applying to a ORACLE_HOME on a Windows environment having 12.1 ODAC instant client. 
The ORACLE_HOME folder for instant client contains only ojdbc7.jar file. While applying the Patch 19852357, it looks for ojdbc6.j and fails.

Changes

Applying JDBC Patch 19852357 to 12.1 ODAC instant client as per the recommendation from the Doc ID 1929745.1
