When ReplicationParallelism>1 performance is worse than ReplicationParallelism=1 when there are lots of inserts and deletes that result in constraint violations (Doc ID 2175720.1)

Symptoms

With ParallelReplication>1  when there are lots of INSERT and DELETE transactions, and if there are lots of TT0907: Unique constraint violation error messages or TT16080 Failed to lookup row error messages in ttmesg or tterrors log files on the standby/receiving side, performance was a lot worse than ParallelReplication=1

A replication test was created that intentionally had a lot of constraint violations, in order to test performance of parallel replication.
