Linux: After applied OS patches the ocssd can not find the multipath voting devices (Doc ID 2176578.1)

Symptoms

After applied OS patches, OCSSD can't find the voting devices configured under /dev/mapper/*:

The DM device's permission was reverted back to root:disk
