Symptoms

Upgrading 12.1.0.2 Grid Bundle Patch or Database PSU in rolling mode on a two node cluster and node1 completed fine.

rootcrs.pl -postpatch was run on node2. It completed fine and CRS came up fine however software patch levels are appearing different on both nodes and cluster is in ROLLING mode still.

[root@db01 ~]# /u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/bin/crsctl query crs activeversion -f
Oracle Clusterware active version on the cluster is [12.1.0.2.0]. The cluster upgrade state is [ROLLING PATCH]. The cluster active patch level is [1653812242].

[root@db02 ~]# /u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/bin/crsctl query crs activeversion -f
Oracle Clusterware active version on the cluster is [12.1.0.2.0]. The cluster upgrade state is [ROLLING PATCH]. The cluster active patch level is [1653812242].

kfod op=patches shows node2 has lesser patches than node1 however Grid Opatch lsinventory shows exactly same patches on both nodes.
