Symptoms
Upgrading 12.1.0.2 Grid Bundle Patch or Database PSU in rolling mode on a two node cluster and node1 completed fine.
rootcrs.pl -postpatch was run on node2. It completed fine and CRS came up fine however software patch levels are appearing different on both nodes and cluster is in ROLLING mode still.
- Copying config.xml from another good node does not help either.
