In v$db_object_cache view name column has been truncated to 20 chars from 30 chars after 188.8.131.52.6 PSU applied.
This is the very simple query to use to test difference object name lengths:
select type, max(length(name)), count(*)
group by type order by 1
Various objects appear wrong including sequence, table, type, trigger, etc.
After applied PSU 184.108.40.206.6
