Truncated Object Names to 20 from 30 In V$DB_OBJECT_CACHE View after applied PSU

In v$db_object_cache view name column has been truncated to 20 chars from 30 chars after PSU applied.

This is the very simple query to use to test difference object name lengths:
select type, max(length(name)), count(*)
from v$db_object_cache
group by type order by 1

Various objects appear wrong including sequence, table, type, trigger, etc.
