Truncated Object Names to 20 from 30 In V$DB_OBJECT_CACHE View after applied 11.2.0.4.6 PSU (Doc ID 2176905.1)

Symptoms

In v$db_object_cache view name column has been truncated to 20 chars from 30 chars after 11.2.0.4.6 PSU applied.

This is the very simple query to use to test difference object name lengths:
select type, max(length(name)), count(*)
from v$db_object_cache
group by type order by 1

Various objects appear wrong including sequence, table, type, trigger, etc.

Changes

 After applied PSU 11.2.0.4.6
