Symptoms

The BDA V4.6 rolling upgrade fails at step 5 with:

Error [30190]: (//bdanode03.example.com//Stage[main]/Hadoop::Installcdhparcel/Exec[deployparcel]/returns)
change from notrun to 0 failed: /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/deployparcel.sh &>
/opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/deployparcel_1472519877.out returned 1 instead of one of [0]

 1. On Node 3, /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/deployparcel_1472519877.out shows:

Command 2014 finished after 1225 seconds
Operation failed
Result Message is: "Failed to upgrade cluster",

2. From CM > All Recent Commands:

a) A "Failed to perform Rolling Restart on the cluster." message:

Rolling Restart

Failed to perform Rolling Restart on the cluster.

 b) If upgrading on a cluster where the Key Management Server Proxy is installed you may also see in "All Recent Commands" ad failure on "Rolling Restart" of:

Stop this Key Management Server Proxy
Role must be started
