Symptoms
Clicking on Schedules in the SES Search Admin UI gives an error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the SES Search Admin User Interface as the searchsys user.
2. Click on the "Schedules" tab.
3. See the error occur.
