Exadata : ExaChk Reports "FAIL Storage Server Check Peripheral component interconnect (PCI) bridge is not configured" (Doc ID 2180937.1)

Symptoms

1) Exachk is reporting the following error below on an Exadata V2 Storage Cell.

"FAIL Storage Server Check Peripheral component interconnect (PCI) bridge is not configured for generation II on one or more storage servers ORAcel02 Hide"

 

2) The issue was confirmed manually by running the next command:
