Grid Infrastructure on Windows: Exectask Errors when running CLUVFY or Grid Infrastructure Configuarion Scripts (Doc ID 2181450.1)

Symptoms

On Windows various scripts (eg rootcrs.pl ) and utilities (eg cluvfy) need remote node access.
These can sometimes fail with messages such as:

- Version of exectask could not be retrieved
- exectask: not found
or similar involving "exectask"

This can occur during the install phase or later during normal maintenance, including patching.
