Backup - Snapshot and File Browser Not Loading in Cloudera Manager

The symptom is that Backup - Snapshot and File Browser are not loading in Cloudera Manager.  This happens on clusters which are Kerberos enabled.

The error seen is:

A server error has occurred. Send the following information to Cloudera.
