Purpose
As part of the segment advisor, the compression advisor runs. If a table has LOB column(s), the compression advisor may be slow.
Prior to 12.2, the segment advisor does not check if the table has LOB column(s) before calling the compression advisor and hence the segment advisor performance may be negatively affected for these tables.
