The XSL output in SOA Suite version 12.1.3 is incorrect versus 12.2.1 (Doc ID 2186097.1)

Symptoms


When applying an XSL on version 12.1.3, the processing results in incorrect output but in version 12.2.1 it works as expected.

Input XML:
