BDA Upgrade to 4.6.0 from 4.3.0 Fails on Step 5 Fails at Hadoop::Installcdhparcel (Doc ID 2186798.1)

Symptoms

1. Step 5 of a BDA V4.5 upgrade from 4.3 fails with:

ERROR: Puppet agent run on node bdanode03 had errors. List of errors follows

Latest CDH version available 5.4.7-1.cdh5.4.7.p0.3 does not match CDH version 5.8 shipped with Mammoth

3. Navigating in CM:  Administration > settings > Search for: proxy, shows that proxy values are set.  They should not be. They should be empty.

4. Navigating In CM: hosts > parcels, show the 5.8.0 parcel is not present.
