Goal

 The note details the steps to configure SSL authentication between Oracle Database and a Windows Client with the Microsoft Certificate Store (MCS) and it is intended for use by the database administrators who are configuring SSL Authentication. It uses the Oracle command line tool orapki to generate certificates and manipulate the Oracle Wallets.
