After SES Search, Clicking UCM Content Link Fails To Open The File. (Doc ID 2193105.1)

Symptoms


SES 11.2.2.2.0 is configured to work with Webcenter Content. After performing a query that returns several documents, some of the documents get an error when clicking on the link to open the document.

SES is configured to use a 12.1.0.2 database.

This issue is not specific to Webcenter Content so may apply when using SES with other source applications.
