ibnetdiscover Output Shows 0.0.0.0 IP Address for One of the Nodes Post Patching Activity (Doc ID 2194938.1)

Symptoms

 Possible symptoms indicative of Infiniband communication issues, although ping and rds-ping work fine. Instances on the affected node may fail to start up. Running "ibnetdiscover", it's noticed that the actual Infiniband IP addresses are missing from the node description of one of the does, instead being shown as "0.0.0.0,0.0.0.0"

Incorrect:


Manually running /opt/oracle.cellos/ib_set_node.desc.sh does not correct the issue
