Symptoms

 

Mount Diskgroup fails with the below error

 

NOTE: LGWR attempting to mount thread 1 for diskgroup 2 (DATA01)
NOTE: LGWR found thread 1 closed at ABA 42.10736
NOTE: LGWR mounted thread 1 for diskgroup 2 (DATA01)
NOTE: LGWR opening thread 1 at fcn 0.1633894 ABA 43.10737
NOTE: cache mounting group 2/0xBA144E44 (DATA01) succeeded
Errors in file /oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM1/trace/+ASM1_ora_7847.trc:
ORA-27061: waiting for async I/Os failed
Linux-x86_64 Error: 1: Operation not permitted <<<<<<<<<<<<<
