After AVDF Audit Vault Server Rebuild, Can't Activate or start AVDF Agent

We reinstall the AV 12.2.0 on the same server and we finished the post-installation. We also registered the host and got the Agent Activation Key
The Agent was installed and was working before the AV server crashed few months ago. I changed into the <Agent_Home>/bin and ran the ./agentctl start -k, but I got error.
$ cd <Agent_Home>/bin
$ ./agentctl start -k
Internal Error. See log files for detail.
