You are performing a RMAN backup of encrypted tablespaces in a 188.8.131.52 RAC environment and it is hanging or failing with the following error:
The incident file shows latching issues:
An attempt to get the 'ksv class latch' latch (child #93) at level 2 (address = 0x7d98a8fa8)
from location 'ksv2.h LINE:1552 ID:ksvclsl: workmsgalloc' (also see call stack below)
conflicts with the following held latch(es):
Level 5: 'tablespace key chain' (child #1) (address = 0x7d54b1f20)
gotten from location 'kcb2.h LINE:6572 ID:kcbztek_get_tbskey'
And the stack trace resembles something similar to the following:
