You are performing a RMAN backup of encrypted tablespaces in a RAC environment and it is hanging or failing with the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [504], [0x7D98A8FA8], [32], [2], [ksv class latch], [93], [0x000000000], [], [], [], [], []

The incident file shows latching issues:

An attempt to get the 'ksv class latch' latch (child #93) at level 2 (address = 0x7d98a8fa8)
from location 'ksv2.h LINE:1552 ID:ksvclsl: workmsgalloc' (also see call stack below)
conflicts with the following held latch(es):
Level 5: 'tablespace key chain' (child #1) (address = 0x7d54b1f20)
gotten from location 'kcb2.h LINE:6572 ID:kcbztek_get_tbskey'

And the stack trace resembles something similar to the following:

ksl_level_check <- kslgetl <- ksvworkmsgalloc <- kfncSlaveMsgAllocIn <- kfncPhysical <- kfioPhysical <- ksfdgpsz <- ksfd_get_physical_s <- ectsz <- kzakm_open_file <- kzakmOpenWallet <- kztsmOpenWallet <- kztsmckiow <- kztsmwgv <- kztsmdumk <- kcbtse_get_tbskey <- kcbz_encdec_tbsblk <- kcbtse_encdec_tbsbl <- kcbtse_encdec_tbsbl <- k_pdb <- krb_dec_tbsblk
