Review of the instance alert log shows that frequent ORA-00600 [keomnReadBindsFromStream:magic] errors are signaled from MMON (Manageability Monitor) slave processes. MMON slave processes are indicated by a process name of 'm00x', where 'x' is an integer. In addition, one or more of the following additional symptoms may be noted:
- MMON slaves signaling frequent ORA-12850 'Could not allocate slaves on all specified instances' errors
- MMON slaves signaling frequent ORA-12751: 'cpu time or run time policy violation' errors
- Alert log messages occur such as 'Suspending MMON slave action xxxx for nnnn seconds', where 'xxxx' is a string with different possible values, and 'nnnn' is an integer with varying values (but commonly is seen as 82800)
