Running library("ORCH", lib.loc="<path>") Fails to find OLH, Raises "Warning: OLH is not found" on the BDA (Doc ID 2204688.1)

Running the R library("ORCH", lib.loc="<path>" command can not find OLH. The following warning is raised:
