Applying the 12.1.2 Bundle patch to Audit Vault Server, OPatch rollback or apply failed
during post installation since oracle binary or client library was in use. As as result,
one or more Database patch were not applied. In some cases, Database PSU patch was
failed to apply and AVAgent was not updated to BP9 because database instance
could not startup in time and avca could not update AVAgent. Customer may need to
restored the system and apply the BP again.
