Symptoms

The opatchauto errors out with OPATCHAUTO-72036 error on leaf node:

opatchauto apply /u01/app/patch/23273629 -oh $GRID_HOME

System initialization log file is /u01/app/12.1.0/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatchautodb/systemconfig2016-12-02_07-47-34PM.log.

Session log file is /u01/app/12.1.0/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatchauto/opatchauto2016-12-02_07-47-52PM.log
