opatchauto post-patching: CRS-2883: Resource 'ora.ctssd' failed during Clusterware stack start. (Doc ID 2211216.1)

Post patch of patch 23273629(July 2016 PSU) fails:

After fixing the cause of failure Run opatchauto resume with session id "84SW"
