Purpose

This document givese a quick reference for installation and configuration of Oracle Transparent Gateway  for DRDA (TG4DRDA) 10.1 to 10.2 and Database Gateway for DRDA (DG4DRDA) version 11.1 on Windows 32-bit, using TCPIP protocol in order to connect to DB2/400 database.
The 11.2 DG4DRDA uses different syntax for the gateway parameters and this note should not be used to configure that version.

Scope

Anyone who wants to install and use the Transparent Gateway for DRDA on Windows 32-bit using the TCP/IP protocol. This article does not replace the Installation Guide but is a quick reference for installing and configuring the gateway.
