Installing One-Off Patch 25114447(OL6) and 25114427(OL5) the Patch to Cloudera Manager 5.8.1.1715 on BDA V4.6 (Doc ID 2211659.1)

Purpose

This document provides instructions on how to install One-Off Patch 25114447 on an Oracle Big Data Appliance V4.6 OL 6 cluster and/or how to install One-Off Patch 25114427 on an Oracle Big Data Appliance V4.6 OL5 cluster.  

These patches provide the rpms required for the one-off Cloudera Manager (CM) patch, Cloudera Manager 5.8.1.1715.  Patching Cloudera Manager 5.8.1 (the default on BDA V4.6)  to Cloudera Manager 5.8.1.1715 resolves TSB-181.  For details on TSB-181 See: Repeated intermittent connectivity with Cloudera Manager database can cause downtime - Technical Service Bulletin 2016-181 (TSB) (Doc ID 2187779.1).
