Goal
DBMS_SPACE.SPACE_USAGE() procedure can be used to calculate BASICFILE LOB space usage,
but there are some points to note which is specific to LOB segments.
As an example, this document uses following table which contains a BLOB column, with user defined chunk size of 16K.
