Symptoms

During migration from z/OS platform to an ODA, get error ORA-29516 when running full Export from Windows server and connecting to DB on z/OS.

Export done in AL32UTF8 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set

z/OS server uses WE8EBCDIC1047 character set (possible character set conversion)
