Unable To Rename An Existing PDB Due To Entries In PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS (Doc ID 2215331.1)

Customer is trying to rename a PDB from PCPKMI to PCPKMI1. However entries present in PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS are causing this issue.

SQL> alter pluggable database PCPKMI open restricted;

Pluggable database altered.

SQL> alter session set container=PCPKMI;

Session altered.

SQL> alter pluggable database PCPKMI rename global_name to PCPKMI1;
alter pluggable database PCPKMI rename global_name to PCPKMI1
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYS.I_PDB_ALERT1) violated
