"Device busy" Error When Unmounting /u01 and CRS Has Stopped Normally (Doc ID 2216336.1)

Symptoms

This problem is on an Oracle Engineered System (Exadata, SuperCluster, etc)

All databases using the /u01 mount point are stopped/down.

CRS was stopped normally with no errors ( crsctl stop crs or crsctl stop crs -f ).

Attempting to unmount /u01 as root results in the following:
