Unable to Delete a Duplicate File Name in HDFS Due to "%0D" Being Appended (Doc ID 2217311.1)

Symptoms

Unable to delete a duplicate HDFS Directory. The directory can be seen from Hue but has a %0D appended.  For example:

 /user/oracle/test%0D
