Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.1.0.2 version, an internal error is raised when registering an xml schema:

ora-600 [qmrcGetRepRC] after upgrade to 12c
ORA-00600: [qmrcGetRepRC], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
