ORA-1578 block corruption TEMP tablespace (Doc ID 2218366.1)

Symptoms

Oracle database 12.1.0.2 - error ORA-1578 corrupted blocks are only reported for temporary files.
Alert log may show the corrupted blocks as 'Completely zero block', misplaced with type 0. Type 0 is unknown type.

A reread of the temporary file finds same corruption.
