Symptoms

Below are the errors seen  in alert.log,


This is a multi-tenant database. File 19 belong to a PDB(PDBABS) and AQ(Advanced Queuing) is not enabled.
Customer  can't use RMAN backup to recover this block.

Changes

 No manual changes were made in the database .
