Symptoms

Various lock stalls are seen in RMU/SHOW STATISTICS. These could be:
    Excessive stalls for page locks
    Excessive deadlocks
    If it's a standby database, excessive stalls for SPAM page locks

APF (Asynchronous Prefech) is enabled on the database.

Changes

Upgrade to Oracle Rdb release 7.0.6.2 or Oracle Rdb release 7.1
