Symptoms
1. DataPump fails with ORA 7445 [koln2i()+4], logged also in the alert.log.
All attempts to start a data pump import job fail with same error and core dump:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [koln2i()+4] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x98A02] [PC:0x1088F5DA4] [Address not mapped to object] []
