Parallel Query hangs due to "PX Deq: Join ACK" on RAC (Doc ID 2223443.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

Parallel Query may not complete, and Query Cordinator(QC) process waits for "PX Deq: Join ACK" when following all conditions are met.

  • RAC env on Windows 2012R2
  • Interconnect of RAC is configured by Teaming of Windows and Active-Active
  • Windows Update program KB：3137691 is not applied

And following messages appear in event log of MsLbfoProvider when this problem happens.
