Symptoms

Datapatch executed in a container database patched with July 2016 PSU/SPU/DBBP might fail with one of the following errors:

1) ORA-22973:size of object identifier exceeds maximum size allowed

This was investigated by development <Bug 24577566> and the fix is included in the October PSU.
