Purpose
An overview of steps to Migrate and Reprovision Node 1 of a cluster. By default Node 1 is considered a critical node where the Mammoth software resides. The note addresses Node 1 migration on Mammoth v4.5 and higher, including clusters with the EM Plugin, Sentry, Big Data SQL and an upgraded CDH as per the certification matrix supported Certified CDH Parcel Upgrades on BDA Mammoth Clusters (Doc ID 2262545.1).
