Symptoms
In a job role separation environment of Oracle Restart, srvctl startup of the database uses memlock setting from grid user, where as sqlplus startup uses memlock for database user.
- Huge pages enabled in the system.
- Server having total 6gb RAM
- sga_target set to 1760M (in database)
