Remove MAX_ROWS From NDB Table (Doc ID 2225933.1)

Symptoms

Setting MAX_ROWS=0 is not the same as never having set MAX_ROWS in the first place.

Thus, this is also not the way to remove the MAX_ROWS from a table.
