Purpose
This document provides a description of the various SQL*Loader command-line parameters used while invoking SQL*Loader, their default values and limits.
Scope
Users who need to make use of SQL*Loader utility to load data can refer to the following table for the meaning and default values for the parameter. To have a listing of the command-line parameters, invoke "sqlldr" without any parameters at the command prompt:
#> sqlldr
Parameters can be specified:
- At the command-line, in any order, optionally separated by commas.
- In the control file using the OPTIONS clause.
- In a separate file specified by the PARFILE parameter.
Parameters specified at the Command-Line override the others.
