1. Alert log shows the error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qkswcWithQbcRefdByMain4], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

2. Call stack similar to:

qkswcWithQbcRefdByMain <- qkswcProcessWithListRefs <- qkswcChkListtRefs <- qkswcDriver <- kkmdrvend <- kkmdrv <- opiSem <- opiprs <- kksParseChildCursor <- rpiswu2 <- kksLoadChild <- kxsGetRuntimeLock

3. Failing  Statement is the definition of a materialized view containing a with statement:

create materialized view mv1 as
w1 as (select * from emp),
w2 as (select * from w1),
w3 as (select * from w1)
select * from w3;

Here with clause element w1 is referenced in with clause element w2, but w2 is not used in main query block.
